Jeremy Bruce Vocal Studio, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This site is a simple static website hosted on Cloudflare. We do not require accounts or logins, and we do not set cookies on this site.

Information We Collect

This site does not collect personal information through forms or accounts. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us directly:

  • Email messages you send to [email protected]
  • Text messages or calls you make to the studio phone number

We do not track you across the web or build profiles from visits to this site.

Third-Party Services

Some features and related sites rely on external services that may collect limited technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of normal operation:

  • Cloudflare — Hosts this website. Cloudflare may log basic request data (IP address, user agent, pages visited) for security and performance. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
  • Google Fonts — Used to load the Inter and Playfair Display fonts. Google may receive standard request data when fonts load.
  • Scheduling — Lesson booking happens on schedule.jeremybruce.com (a separate service with its own privacy practices).
  • Info site — info.jeremybruce.com is hosted on GitBook and has its own privacy practices.
  • Payments — Payments are processed by Stripe via links. We do not store card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to those transactions.
  • Video — The embedded video is hosted on vid.jeremybruce.com.

We do not control the data practices of these third parties.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking scripts on this site. Any cookies you may see are set by third-party services (such as Google Fonts, the scheduling platform, or GitBook) and are outside our control.

How We Use Information

Any information you send us by email or text is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule lessons, or provide the services you request. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information you send us. Because this is a static site with no user accounts or stored customer data on our end, the main data we handle is what you choose to email or text us. Email is handled through Proton, which provides end-to-end encryption.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
